Cannot get IMEI number for Android 10 and above Android 10 versions. Why? #10

Why cannot we get IMEI number of devices which has OS version greater than Android 9. ? Why don't you give the alternation for that if you built this plugin? Your plugin is very useless noh? if it cannot extract values for IMEI?
