Add/nixpkg #133

No need to merge into master (well maybe requirements_frozen.txt might be useful). Just wanted to confirm I've got the python dependencies right, particularly the version numbers as I could find them.

Thanks a lot. I was not aware of nixenv till your pull request. It seems to be a very good framework to ease installation. Will test and merge.
