ReadOnly breaks XCOM 2 if mods are enabled #1

If XCOM 2 has mods enabled placing ReadOnly on xcomengine.ini breaks the game. You may need to find the file and remove ReadOnly. Maybe I'll incorporate an option not to place RO on files.
