P.S. what about UE2, 4 support?

Frankly I don't know. I've simply automated some changes to UE3 games' .ini files in order not to make them manually.

I don't have any UE1, 2 or 4 games at hand so I can't test them. Anyway, the program makes a backup of a chenged .ini file so you can test it :)
