Adds Metroid Prime Pinball on the Nintendo DS as a supported Hint Machine game, supporting the PAL, NTSC-U and NTSC-J versions (only long form test was done on the Japanese version, but the other versions seemed to work when testing initially)

Has two quests, every 500,000 points and every 3 Chozo Artifacts (only applicable in the Multi-Mission mode).

Hey! I took the liberty to rebase the branch to beta, since new games will now target the beta branch before reaching master. I also made the adjustments necessary for the game to work in the new game selection window from the beta branch.

The PR looks good code-wise, I'll let @CalDrac test it (since he's actually fond of the game). Good work 👍
