Motivation

Currently, there isn't any clear description on various rarities/difficulties for Challenges tab. Challenges tab needs to have a clear description that enables new users to understand the order of these rarities and difficulties easily.

Acceptance Criteria

Rarity/difficulty descriptions have been added to the Challenges tab
