Better gitignore #289

From the README:

please do not commit your 'work' and 'build' directory, and also do not commit your xcode project file, only the folders that contain .cpp and .h files.

This PR's just a small tweak to the gitignore to leave out some of this stuff.

Just a heads up, CI may throw a small fit. Accidentally submitted PR against the master branch when the work was done against development.
