Starting work on header splits #314

Initial work to split headers (put all code in cpp files). Left off on Utilities/MTree. Still a bit of work to do, but it's a start.

Would strongly recommend squashing when you merge it in as I split the commits for my simplicity.

I always thought this is the way it should be, but we never "fixed" it so this is nice to see. Thoughts, @cliff-bohm?

All tests passing: 61 passed, 12 warnings in 18.02 seconds
