Use xcrun for running altool #16

With Xcode 11 the altool command has been replaced with xcrun altool.

Ah, never mind. I went to pull down this to use, and discovered I had it already with about 3 more changes to fix more problems. Like --type. I'm happy to do a new PR, but if you aren't supporting this, please transfer to RubyMotion Community, so we can.
