New Stands + Stand Items

[Implementation]: Adds three new stands, two of which will be available from holoparasite injectors/guardian decks/stand arrows, the last of which will be a new Traitor item available from a Syndicate Uplink for 8 telecrystals. The three proposed new stands are Stone Free, Metallica, and Sex Pistols. Details of each stand are outlined below.

Stone Free Role Restriction - None Item/Ghost Role - Ghost Role (Holopara Injector/Guardian Deck) Stand User Abilities: Can ventcrawl. Can pickpocket other players (same as normal pickpocketing but instantaneous and does not alert the person to the item being taken). Can actively produce a garrote in their hands if they aren't holding anything. Stand Abilities: Punches have a chance to instantaneously cuff targets, also muzzling them when they are not wearing a mask, when this happens the stand will begin pulling the cuffed target, if the stand lets go of the target the cuffs are removed (20 percent chance?, also obviously can only cuff one target). The same cuffing and muzzling effect is applied if the target is in crit, asleep, or stunned.

Metallica Role Restriction - Engineering Staff Item/Ghost Role - Ghost Role (Holopara Injector/Guardian Deck) Stand User Abilities: Limbs can be reattached by using them in hand and waiting five seconds, surgery unnecessary. Strangling someone doubles the rate at which they take oxyloss damage (draining iron from their blood). Stand Abilities: Stand punches embed the target with random sharp (metal) objects, such as kitchen knives, scalpels, metal rods, screwdrivers. Can actively turn the stand and user camouflaged, similar to a NanoSuit's cloaking field, has no time limit but is removed on attacking, throwing, speaking, emoting, grabbing, disarming, basically all you can do is open doors and activate machines while cloaked.

Sex Pistols Role Restriction - Assistant Item/Ghost Role - Item (8 TC) Stand Abilities: A revolver chambered in .38 caliber rounds, six chambers. User can reload sex pistols one handed if they have any available bullets or speedloaders in their pockets or an open backpack by simply activating the gun in hand. Shooting walls with sex pistols causes the bullet to reflect like if you were to shoot a laser at a titanium wall, however the angle of reflection always points to the nearest player (excluding the stand user), if the bullet still somehow misses and hits another wall, it reflects an additional two times.

[Why]: I think adding new stands will create more unique and emergent gameplay styles, so i think to achieve this stands should become more lenient in their categorisation, allowing traitors to even buy certain "stand items" as not all stands necessarily need to have a body (or make sense with one). Plus it would be pretty cash money to bank shots off of walls at people who strafe run down halls, or have your stand act as a kidnapping device. I also believe that by limiting allowing certain stand types to be role restricted, stands can have more interesting quirks.

[Resources]: Cuff icon for stone free. Detective's revolver slight recolour for sex pistols. Unique "Sex Pistols" scream when you fire the gun, has a cooldown between each time it plays.

very good very good, but i think the strangling of metallica should be a bit faster, doppio was in an almost death-like state and it was just seconds of fighting

This is actually cool. I think 8tc is a tad cheap for a better detectives revolver that can essentially shoot around corners though.
