Surgery and dismemberment ARE FUCKED

Can't find 'augment limbs' option in surgery menu. Limb manipulation surgeries don't allow to add robolimbs either (instead they add invisible organic limb and it doesn't even consume robolimb you insert and it produces no message). Also I was able to cut off 5 right arms off a same person via limb manipulation, even when arm was missing. After you cut a persons arm off during limb manipulation and try to add a robolimb, limb doesn't appear visually, though it is there, but not robotic, according to status variable on the limb itself. Also missing limbs break hair Also it seems change limbs --> all admin command doesn't work under some conditions or doesn't update visuals
