it runs pretty smoothly,also 13 tc is ok.
So yea in our test, we concluded that it has the potential to be very powerful but can also fuck you over easily. It really just relies on RNG pretty much.
I think anything above ten is fair, because then you can't buy it twice.
I dont see a point in making it 10 or 12 tc, the only good effects it has are one which sleep/stun/fireball/fire. Other effects are garbage and relying on rng to get the good one isnt worth it, there is already a better item for 12 tc which puts people down in 1 hit. Which is also infinite and can dispose of targets easier, give this item more fun variable effects.

I changed the fireball explosion to the the plasma stun prod explosion.
Also going to reduce TC to 12 but I will change it if the heads think of a better price.
yeah whatevs 12 tc works i just don't want two packs to be bought because of the sheer amount of cards
Taser/ebow > boolshit rng cards. You generally will have to land multiple hits to get desired effect, 12 tc not worth for such limited list of uninteresting effects, especially when you can cuck yourself, also you rely on more rng after rolling rng roll for antag.. C4 + throwing stars or syndie cards is way better, in gimmicky terms too.

An improved syndicate playing cards that has random effects when thrown at someone. Only available to the clown, mime, librarian, and bartender. There are 20 random effects.
If you throw a card and it doesn't hit anyone then it will probably vanish most of the time.
The deck will have 54 cards so you can expect atleast 54 effects.
TC cost is 12.
