Stripping a firefighting water tank causes some issues. #373

So there was this armos tech with a firefighter nozzle, I took them down and stripped it off them and the nozzle was still attached to their arm. It is undroppable and cannot be removed and I would wager it'll runtime if someone else put the pack on or if you cut their arm off.
