Adds three crates and cargo transporters to the EXPERIMENTOR room. #458

This adds three of each to the science experimentor room: crates and cargo transporters. This is so RND can send useful tools and parts to mining as the round goes along, as mining rightfully takes the ORM back to lavaland and doesn't usually get upgraded as a result anyways.

Also, I'm new to this, so forgive me, gracious headcoders, for I've likely sinned.
