GAA [Izhikevich]: The v2.0 matrix stops displaying neuron types at CA1 and does not show any Sub or EC neuron types. #744

The file getizhikevich.php did not include a flag to limit the matrix display to only v1.X neuron types. The necessary snippet of code was borrowed from getCounts.php, which does properly only display v1.X neuron types.
