DWW: [neuron page]: The Hippocampome.org to NeuroMorpho.Org section of the v2.0 Neuron Pages is not displaying. #749

On cng-hco-dev1.orc.gmu.edu, the file neuron_page.php was missing the code for the Hippocampome.org to NeuroMorpho.Org section, so I uploaded the v2.0 version of the file. The correct file is in the GitHub php_v2 repository, so I do not know why the version on the DEV1 server was out of date.

The Hippocampome.org to NeuroMorpho.Org section, however, is still not showing up, which may indicate that the query is not returning any archives. This is unexpected, because I was testing the DG Granule Neuron Page.

I have managed to get the Hippocampome.org to NeuroMorpho.Org section to display by commenting out line 730:

if ($n_archives > 0){

However, the section now displays even when there are no links (e.g. DG Interneuron Specific IMOT [1106]).
