Adding Russian Translation

Hi. Could you add Russian localization for your mod?

Put through Google Translate, it seems like the Smithing with Style advancement does not reflect the conditions of this version of the advancement. It seems to reflect the 1.20 version. Seeing as the 1.20 version of the advancement is impossible, I opted for this option instead. Can you make the advancement’s description reflect the current conditions? (They are different for 1.18 and 1.19 because ancient cities.) And while your at it, can you submit a pull request next time?
