I have followed all the steps, the tracking works perfectly, but when I start steam VR it just crashes. When I launch the vr without the motion controllers on it works perfectly with looking around etc, but when I turn the controllers on it just crashes upon launch.

Also, I am using one PsEye camera right now and I'm using 2 motion controllers.

I'm having a similar issue. Suddenly I started to get a 108 error from SteamVR and the message "Failed to receive UDP connection id: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" from Psmoveservice. One day was working perfectly, other day it apears these errors. I already spend 2 days trying to solve this issue, but I got no solutions. I suspect that the problem came with a windows 10 update. Damn! Another Bill Gate's headeache!

I figured out my problem, it was a joystick controller that was been detect as a Psnavi.

Unplug all other USB devices of your PC. Reinstall pseye drivers can resolves the problem too.

Same here, 1.6 crashing when xbox 360 controller plugged. 1.5 is working fine.
