Cant scroll outline in sidebar #11

On latest brackets, mac os x yosemite, can't scroll outline when attached to sidebar, works fine in the other mode though

I don't have a Mac and don't think I could get access to one in the near future so unfortunately I have to rely on (your) contributions to solve or even find this bug.

I tested it on a friends Mac and it works for him, so I will close this for now. If you find more information or a better way to describe this to me, feel free to open it again.
