Possible outline on readme on how this extension differs from the original extension #2

Could be handy for some, if you could outline the differences between this extension and the extension this is based on, https://github.com/crabcode/brackets-outline.

Right now, the only obvious difference is the icons, are there other differences?

Apart from the obvious visual differences, it is tested for Brackets >= 0.44 and now supports CoffeeScript. :wink: I think over time the differences will become bigger.
