arabic setting #83

add translate of arabic setting in fil nls new file ar -> setting.js

Thanks for your contribution. Could you please have a look at the English source for the translations? It seem like you are missing a few. It would be great if you could add those.

Additionally, the package.json contains a translated description, I would really appreciate it if you could translate that as well.
