Update ungit dependency to latest version #9

Use ungit ^1.1.19, get rid of deprecated usage of global Mustache. This should fix #6.

I tested it on brackets versions 1.9 and 1.10-dev

For future reference, please use multiple commits to make different changes. I have merged the commit with modifications.
