Some Colony Crisis triggers not working in random sector #77

When starting a random sector game, the Persean Colony Crisis never triggers. This applies both when starting with a planet or when colonizing later on. (Tested without other mods by starting with own faction in random sector and default. That this is also an issue when colonizing later I have not tested with Nexerelin only, but it happened in my current run.)

There might also be a similar issue with the Luddic Church: no crisis points are contributed in my current random sector run despite having the Luddic Majority modifier and Knights of Ludd fleets that system. (I cannot be certain that this is an issue stemming from choosing random sector though, as I didn't test it. It would take some time to get a Luddic majority colony up an running in a new save after all.)

P.S. Thanks for developing this awesome mod, I don't start a run without it and couldn't tell you what's a vanilla or nexerelin feature at this point!

Many of the vanilla faction crises won't work in random sector, because they rely on specific planets existing in the sector (Kazeron for League, Hesperus for Luddic Church, Sindria for Diktat). I could implement custom versions that instead use appropriate random sector colonies if needed, but this isn't on my to-do list at present.

In the mean time you might want to add a disclaimer when enabling random sector so people aren't confused by it as I was.
