Add API for getting player configuration.

Could you also remove /media/player_config.md.

Also as far as I know, There shouldn't be a need for an authToken for the Viewer Server API, as it returns the same information with or without it.

Also, If this was meant for the Web Doc, That's in the gh-pages branch.

I documented it for myself and thought it was missing here. I didn't know that it's already documented.

I'll update the Web Doc later. Which Doc is more accurate?

The Web Doc has more detailed query parameters (And since I just wrote it, updated responses) while this one has a couple more APIs documented.

The software I used also didn't allow for duplicate calls on the same endpoint URL, so I had to only document one version.

They are almost similar, I do plan on bringing the changes back to this doc at some point.
