Update script doesn't get settings #116

It should receive branch name from settings.ini, but it isn't. Running this inside Vagrant:

cd /var/www/
./scripts/update.sh

Gives:

Update VisualEditor...
fatal: 'origin/' is not a valid branch name.
Already up-to-date.
