Post-deploy wiki editing #135

Small-scale manual editing after deployment to hitchwiki.org:

[ ] add SMW markup to continent pages
[ ] go through pages with malformed coordinates
[ ] add 2nd country to all {{Area Type=Border Crossing}} pages
[ ] add more contries to {{Area Type=Region}} articles, eg. `` (Geonames returns just one)
[ ] get rid of redundant categories;

Individual pages:

[ ] merge Michendorf Nord and Michendorf Süd with corresponding spots

All mass-edit tasks are held back until we organize an edit camp in Berlin.
