Create a copy of the API endpoints #181

@leocarona on private repo (which we're deprecating)

Why? We want to get MHS data into Hitchwiki database, and to allow users to have some private spots on their lists. MHS data shall be stored on this separate table.

Pre-requirements for this issue: Issues 167 and 168 must've been closed first.

Is this still needed? Can someone who understands more than I do add some more verbosity to this issue?

@guaka We need a copy of the current table where hitchwiki maps spots are stored, and we need api endpoints to create, edit and delete spots from this new table. On this new table we'll store spots added by users through MyHitchhikingSpots app, and whenever the user feels comfortable he/she will be able to make one or more of their spots available to other users. Making one spot available to other users mean copying it to the current table where hitchwiki maps spots are stored. I don't know if I could be clearer now. But if not, @mikaelkorpela.fi perhaps can help explaining (I think we agreed on this some months ago?). So, I'd say this issue is still needed yes.
