Through the API users are able to add spots to HW Maps (#166). We need to let users also edit spots.

Someone needs to decide whether users should be able to edit only spots added by themselves or any spot (following the principles of wikis). I think HW Maps currently doesn't let we edit the description of a spot added by another user, that's why I'm bringing this into question to be considered here.
