Simplest way to get started: go through all articles, and add e.g. {{missing-geo}} template to the ones that don't have geo data now

If there's no data but there is an {{IsIn}}, the script can try to find the location this way.

a lot of articles have latlng, pushing these onto relay.trustroots.org, which can be displayed in the dev version of the nostroots app now

remarks:

• looks like some articles have an incorrect latlng, quite easy to spot now
• postpone the attempt at automatically geocoding articles

nice to try next:

• [ ] use plus codes to e.g. display countries in a more sensible way in the nostroots app
• [ ] add {{missing-geo}} template to articles that don't have latlng but should have, i.e. articles with IsIn templates
• [ ] also remove {{missing-geo}} template if an article has a latlng (for later)
