Improve English wiki frontpage #7

Replace picture of the moment with places to go (list from sidebar).
Add under continents some red links
Produce list of the biggest cities + capitals + all countries (geonames.org) and write script to see what we're missing. --> Add some of these as red links at the frontpage + some seperate "wanted" page.

I moved places to top left. Makes most sense for mobile app, and also somewhat sense for any website about locations :)

Good, thanks! I made empty {{wanted}} where we could have this list. It's already included at the frontpage isf I remember correct...
