Wrong WAD-Filenames by using "Emulate Wii System Update"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open NUS Downloader
2. Extras -> "Emulate Wii System Update" -> USA
3. Check "Pack -> WAD" & "Delete Contents"
4. Extras -> "Load NUS Script"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
NUSD generate wrong WAD Filenames under Windows XP

Exp:
\0000000100000009v1034\0000000100000009-NUS-v1034.wad
\0000000100000021v3607\0000000100000021-NUS-v3607.wad

If i do the same under Windows Vista/7, the WAD Files are correct, by using the 
"NUS Script"
