no support for newer TR remotes #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using a newer remote from my Black Wii, which is called a TR remote, you 
startup Wiidoom as usual but you just get a Black screen after loading. You do 
not get to the screen to select your Wad
2. Works find if I use and older non-TR Wii remote
3.

What is the expected output? 
Get into WiiDoom as usual

What do you see instead?
Black screen

What version of the product are you using? 
0.4.5

On what operating system?
Wii System Menu 4.1u

Please provide any additional information below.
I can make the problem go away by just using an older remote. All newer remotes 
are all TR remotes, so it would be great to support the newer remotes :)
