What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install app.  Try to add to lockscreen or homescreen , widget does not appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? Latest from Google play

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?

 Samsung S3 Verizon 4.3 stock update

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.  no, its all stock

Please provide any additional information below.
