unable to display widget dash clock whatsapp

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've downloaded the apps
2. Activate the apps on the accessibility option 
3. Dash clock Widget does not show up on my phone 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing I see the Icon I tried uninstalled the app and re- install it but still 
having the same problem.

What version of the product are you using?

Dash clock widget and dash Dow 
Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Ascent p6-u06 huawei android 4.2.2

Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
I'm using default launcher

Please provide any additional information below. No other info at the moment
