If it's possible, I think it would be great to be able to set a background 
image (essentially a lockscreen wallpaper) so that people with ROM's that don't 
have the feature, can have separate lockscreen and homescreen wallpapers.

One of the main reasons I think it's important is because it's very common for 
an image to look great on the lockscreen but then it looks terrible when you're 
forced to use the same image for the homescreen, as it's harsh on the eyes and 
difficult to see icons.
