What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive SMS
2. Delete SMS without Reading it (not archiving but actually deleting)
3. Dashclock widget will show a phantom unread message, but when you click on
it it just takes into Hangouts where of course the phantom message does not
exist.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No new messages icon in the widget.
What version of the product are you using?
the latest
Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
nexus 5
Are you using a custom launcher or ROM? If so, which one? Note that custom
launchers and ROMs are not supported.
Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried re-installing but that does not work either. Note again, that
this is not an archived message, but a deleted one, which i cannot retrieve.
