TBH, I don't know exactly what you're asking. I haven't tried it with Raspberry, but I can tell you that I have deployed this solution to a Windows powered machine and that it works without a problem.

I worded the question badly, I wanted to know if you can modify this code to get it working on windows IOT, because, for example, UWP application does not exist the class SerialPort

Ok, I think I understand your question better now. To be honest I haven't tried that and don't plan to in the future either. So, if any other reader/user of this library has done so I urge them to share this with you... Good luck!
