Slug isn't healing #6

Problem description

When summoning the slug it never heals the user

Steps to reproduce issue

  1. Summon the slug
  2. Wait for heals
  3. Heals never come

Observed result

No heals

This is an issue for a very long time

Affected Client Version:

Both clients

First noticed: Couple weeks/months after slug heals were added
