Puppets when on CD will disable any sort of concealment item, unequip the item if you have one equipped, and wont allow you to re-equip until it is off cd.
Steps to reproduce issue
1.Equip a Concealment Item
2.Summon the puppet then de-summon it so that it is on CD
3.The Concealment item will then unequip and be unable to re-equip (this works with all concealment items not just ones in the designated mask slot)
