!tell command - fix syntax and add string #5

When the bot responds to a !tell, it responds:

I will tell hodapp the next time they talks in channel.

  1. should be 'talk' not 'talks'
  2. how about repeating the tell string in there ie:

I will tell hodapp 'rutabagas are tasty' the next time they talk in channel.
