The .m files used to be in /code/ now they are in /code/hw1/ meaning they will look for the folder "latex" in the folder "code" which it won't find. So ensure function exportFigureToLatex of line 112 of file https://github.com/a-t-0/Code-LatexReportTemplate/blob/master/exampleReportMatlab/code/hw1/PlotMultipleLines.m goes up an additional parent directory and verify it correctly outputs the horse-shoe-orbit.
