One can upload decks from the
sudo apt install anki
installation to https://ankiweb.net/decks/ and on that website one can share ones anki decks. However, they have a "warning" saying decks for small groups could/should be shared privately, and that decks that receive few downloads will be automatically removed: https://ankiweb.net/decks/share/ . Therefore, it might be valuable to allow users to set up their own deck sharing, such that they will not be deleted.

Find out whether such a deletion is merely from the Anki server, or whether it also is deleted from the user account.
