iPhone heat issues #123

iPhone 12 Pro Max overheats within 20 minutes of dashcam running. Turning off cellular data upload has fixed this issue. Heat is located in upper right corner when looking at the back of the phone.

Hello Hivemapper - thanks for reporting this issue and glad you were able to resolve it. One thing to keep in mind is that the dashcam itself can get hot while in operation. The bee logo is a "heat sink" which helps the camera to release heat as it's being used. If your phone happened to be very close to the dashcam then I can very well imagine the heat from the camera causing your phone to heat up!
