Continuation of #142

Cleaning up logic on some existing notifications (e.g. daylight warnings, storage warnings)
Introducing new informative status notifications

Changed notifications to be event based. Still more work to be done in an upcoming release. In this version we took out some annoying pink notifications as well as updated the daylight notification.

Released in 5.4.14
