There are some shortcomings to the method by which data activity is handled on the mobile device. Improving will allow us to read/write activities more efficiently and query them.

Tech spec written. Proof of concept for early version is in development.

Better "data accounting" system is being built right now with a full time resource focused on it.

system is mostly built. A couple more steps required before hooking it up to the app and putting through internal testing.
