Working on firing up GNSS faster and improve time-to-lock.

From @JezusHivemapper:

It takes up to 10-15 minutes for the GPS led to get green. Even then it goes occasionally to red and even then nothing is collected. Tested while driving open road without buildings.

While improving GNSS cold start time remains important we are not actively working on this problem right now. Moving back to "assessed" category.
