Reduce upload size #87

@HelloCrypto01 Enhancement request (new or existing features) Dashcam, Mobile app

While mapping, I always have the following idea in mind: Stop/pause mapping when the car is not moving for more than 3 seconds AND/OR if the AI can detect a red light. This will avoid having the same images in the QA and also help reduce the upload size since you will have less images. Especially for people who map in a busy city like myself. Sometimes we have red lights that last longer than a minute. And if you are waiting at a red light with a car in front of you, there is no point in mapping during this time.

Thanks for the suggestion @HelloCrypto01 and great idea. We are consistently making adjustments to our "motion model" to reduce the number of substantially similar images. We are accounting for car stoppages today but will continue to see if we can improve the model.

@HelloCrypto01 in version 5.0.0 of the app we improved the motion model and created some efficiencies in the data. Overall you will see smaller upload sizes now!
