Convert USB stick to camera
Collect imagery for 30mins
Unplug USB stick and camera-bridge stops working
We also loose all the imagery collected till then
Restarting the camera-bridge does not restart it, images are still 0
systemctl status camera-bridge shows active, but we know that it's not collecting images
Restarting camera restores the camera-bridge, it starts collecting again

Another way to reproduce: Keep everything on, Run and stop ODC api, you see camera_bridge is inactive

issue is related to camera bridge doing both 2k and 4k at same time.

utilizing camera gpu could potentially allow more resources
