compare what is difference between HDC & HDC-S?

weird symbols on data logger

fixes were

reinitializing decoder without closing streams
remove panic logic from database insertion

released to community testers yesterday.

overall picture is better, but not as good as expected. Investigating different reports. One contributor is constantly dropping off from 10 FPS. Need to bring back event for USB. Another contributor had big gap at high speed.

still want to investigate, so need more instrumentation and more logs.

Alexei satisfied with latest 3.8.1 fixes. Latest version is starting to look more like HDC-S. Waiting for a little more data.
