Capture the data with settings and review. Currently using subjective assessment.

Not over-optimizing for sky. Focusing on signs.

yesterday: can dynamically change cam settings for capturing images.

needs more info from tests.

activating post processing on bridge in order to try to run AI / object detection on the camera.
